    Online User Survey

    TAKE THE ONLINE SURVEY...

The University of Illinois - Regional Institute for Community Policing (RICP)
has been asked by the Illinois State Police to conduct a survey to determine the degree to which the Division of Forensic Services is meeting the needs of its stakeholders. As part of the agency’s quality assurance program, this survey will capture information about various aspects of the Department’s crime scene and laboratory services.

The survey consists of 40 questions which should take approximately
    15-20 minutes to complete.
During these tight fiscal times, it is imperative funds are allocated toward the appropriate use of finite resources in the attempt to best serve you. We hope you will use this survey to learn about all of the forensic services the Illinois State Police has to offer.

The survey is being conducted by the University of Illinois to aid in the confidentiality of the process. However, if you would like a follow-up contact relative to a situation or have a comment requiring further explanation, indicate so by completing the name and agency components of the survey. A member of the RICP staff will follow-up with you via telephone. Please take this opportunity to enhance the services provided to you by the Illinois State Police.

Please complete the on-line survey no later than August 1, 2009. Should you have any questions regarding the survey, do not hesitate to contact Dr. Patricia S. Rushing at (217) 206-6029 or by e-mail at prush1@uis.edu. We look forward to your contribution in making the Illinois State Police, Division of Forensic Services increasingly value added to your investigatory processes.
