The Center for Public Safety and Justice also trains communities to
assess the impact of their own community policing efforts. Through this
assessment, communities can conduct case studies of selected areas to determine
the effects of Institute-sponsered programs.
CPSJ will assist police organizations in transforming and developing personnel
for the ever-changing leadership roles which will sustain community policing in
the 21st century.
The CPSJ specializes in providing instruction related to the orgainizational
and community dynamics which support the implementation of community policing.
