| The RICP is a part of the University of Illinois and is affiliated with the
Institute of Government and Public Affairs (IGPA). The RICP partners with the Illinois
State Police, the Illinois Violence Prevention Authority and the Illinois Center
for Violence Prevention. The RICP is supported by cooperative agreement #2005-CKWXK033
awarded by the Office of Community Oriented Policing Services, United States Department
